Out of Pocket Expenses

Generally, there are no out-of-pocket expenses if the loan amount is under $500,000 and your AVM is successful.

Any application at and above $500,001 will require an appraisal. This is an out-of-pocket expense for the application and can range from $500 to $1000. Once ordered through our approved AMC, the borrower will receive a payment link. Once the payment is completed, the appraisal will be scheduled.

All fees and closing costs are netted against loan proceeds at settlement. This simplifies the transaction and gets you your money quickly.
