For all loan amounts, an initial Automated Valuation Model (AVM) is pulled.
- If the confidence score is acceptable, the initial AVM is successful and the value is accepted.
- Note: Homebridge uses Clear Capital as the preferred AVM Vendor. An acceptable confidence score is defined as a Forecast Deviation Score (FSD) or 20 or less.
If the confidence score is not acceptable or the initial AVM fails to return a value, a secondary AVM is pulled.
- If the confidence score is acceptable, the secondary AVM is successful and the value is accepted.
- Note: Homebridge uses ICE as the secondary AVM Vendor. An acceptable confidence score is defined as a Common Confidence Score (CCS) or 20 or less.
If the confidence score is not acceptable or the secondary AVM fails to return a value a Broker Price Opinion (BPO) will be offered to the borrower
